The Bishops Ask for Help – Collection for the Needs of the Church in Canada

The annual Collection for the Needs of the Church in Canada will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2006.

Where does the collected money go? The money raised helps finance the activities of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB). For over 60 years, the Conference has been active on the national and international stage, emphasizing such issues as the protection of human life, social justice, ecumenical relations, the promotion of human rights, and aid to developing countries.

Your contribution is essential, and the Bishops of Canada thank you for your generous contribution toward strengthening the outreach of our Church.
